Coming to therapy for the first time  or returning to it is a huge step! It means that you are ready to begin a new chapter in life and to embrace a new way of living. It takes great courage to reach out for help. Perhaps you have been through something traumatic, lost someone close to you, or things have been rough for a very long time. 

Perhaps you struggle with depression or anxiety and wonder if things can change. Things can change; and you don't have to face these issues alone.

It could be that you feel anxious or are battling depression; or perhaps you feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to live or you are unsure about your future or relationships.
