Hi there! My name is Stanley, and I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. With 10+ years of experience, I work therapeutically with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, anger management, relationship stress, self-esteem, and major life transitions. My approach is vibrant, warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and person-centered care to help clients build insight, emotional balance, and practical coping skills while feeling empowered to grow and heal. Mental health does not need to be a taboo topic!

I understand how problematic issues and life stressors/transitions as well as mental health can impact both reaching full potential and day-to-day functioning, and I strive to create a safe space in which clients feel heard, empowered, and motivated to reach their goals.
